When a cycle closes, Tern now writes its report: what was planned, what shipped, what was added along the way and what rolls over. It lands in the cycle and in your team's Slack channel, so nobody has to put it together on a Friday.
What a report shows
- Completed issues against the plan, day by day
- Scope added after the cycle started, and by whom
- Issues carried over, with how many cycles each has been open
- A short written summary you can edit before it posts
Reports are on for every team on the Team and Enterprise plans. Turn them off, or change where they post, in the team's cycle settings.
Improvements
- Capacity now uses each person's last three cycles
- Cycle start and end times follow the team's time zone
Fixes
- The burn-up line no longer dips when an issue is moved back to In progress
- Cycle names can be edited after the cycle starts
