Nadia and Tomás started Tern in 2023 after ten years on product teams that spent Monday mornings updating a tracker instead of building. The tools were slow, the boards were stale and the only way to know what shipped was to ask.
So we built the opposite: a tracker that opens before you finish the shortcut, keeps its own status from your pull requests and answers questions about the work. Three thousand teams use it today, and we use it to build itself.
