001Who we are
Eased (“we”, “us”) is a library of motion-first React components published at eased.dev. These terms cover the website, the component registry, the MCP server and Eased Pro. Questions about them go to support@eased.dev.
Eased is run by ABZN LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16823097). Our registered office is 21a Malletts Road, Cambridge, England, CB1 9EZ.
002Free components
Free components are released under the MIT licence. You can use, change and ship them in any project, free of charge. The licence page has the details.
003Eased Pro
Pro is a one-time payment for a lifetime licence to every current and future Pro component, for the number of developers on your plan: one developer on Solo, up to ten on Team. What the licence allows is set out on the licence page.
While Pro is in pre-order, your access arrives by email when early access opens.
004Payments and tax
Pro is sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record: it takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.
005Refunds
To ask for a refund, email support@eased.dev. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, it may also refund you directly: it may refund a purchase within 60 days, and it applies a cooling-off period wherever the law gives you one.
A full refund or a payment dispute ends Pro immediately, for the buyer and for everyone on their team. That includes future updates, and every Pro token on the purchase stops working. An early-bird spot (for the first 200 buyers) returns to the pool for the next buyer. A partial refund leaves Pro in place.
006Your account and tokens
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Pro tokens let the shadcn CLI and your agent install Pro source. Keep them private, share them only with developers on your plan, and revoke any token that leaks from your account page. To delete your account, email support@eased.dev.
007Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute Pro source as a component library or template pack, share Pro source or tokens outside your team, or put load on the registry or MCP server that harms other users. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
008No warranty
The components and the site are provided as they are, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. We test them carefully, but you are responsible for how you use them in your product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
009Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer outside England and Wales, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live.
010Changes
We will update these terms as Eased grows. The date at the top of this page shows the last change.
