Forward an invoice to your Larch address and it arrives filled in, matched to a purchase order and waiting for the right approver.
Until now, adding a bill meant typing it in: vendor, invoice number, amount, due date and bank details. Starting today, every Larch account has its own bills address.
Anything Larch is unsure of is highlighted for you to check. Bank details that differ from the last payment to the same vendor are always flagged, because changed details are the most common sign of invoice fraud.
Bill pay is included on the Plus and Scale plans. Find your bills address under Payments, then Settings.
