Privacy policy

To open and run a business account, our partner banks are required by law to verify your company and the people who own and control it. We collect:

• Company details: legal name, EIN, formation documents and address
• Details of owners and officers: name, date of birth, address and a government ID number
• How you use Larch: payments, cards, sign-ins and the devices you use
• What you send us: support messages and call recordings, if you agree to them

• To open and run your account and the services you choose
• To verify identities and prevent fraud and money laundering, as the law requires
• To support you and improve the product
• To send you service messages; marketing only if you opt in

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your transaction data for advertising.

We share information only with the firms that provide your account (Ashgrove Bank, N.A., Fennimore Trust and Larch Advisers, LLC), with service providers bound by contract to protect it, and with regulators and law enforcement when the law requires.

Banking records are kept for at least five years after an account closes, as federal law requires. Other information is deleted or anonymised when we no longer need it.

You can see, correct or ask us to delete your information, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Write to privacy@larch.example and we will reply within 30 days.
