Terms

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we email to say it has shipped. If something is out of stock after you pay, we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies; for Canada, duties are included in the shipping price.

We ship to the US and Canada. Delivery times on the support page are estimates. The parcel is ours until it reaches you; if it is lost or damaged on the way, we send another.

You can return anything within 30 days of delivery, in its box, for a full refund including the shipping you paid. This is on top of any rights the law gives you.

Every object has a two-year warranty against faults in materials and assembly, from the day it arrives. We repair it or, if we cannot, replace it. The warranty does not cover accidents or normal wear to cushions and ear tips after the first year.

The words, drawings and designs on this site belong to Selm. You may share links and screenshots; please do not copy the designs to make or sell.

We are responsible for losses that come from us breaking these terms and that were foreseeable when you ordered. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
