When you order: your name, email, delivery address and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store the full number.

When you write to support: your name, email, order number and your message.

When you browse: the bag is kept in your browser until you close the tab. We count visits with an analytics tool that stores no personal data and sets no advertising cookies.

To send your order and its receipt, to handle returns, repairs and warranty claims, and to answer you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Our payment provider, to take payment; our carriers, to deliver your parcel; and our email provider, to send receipts and replies. Each one may use your data only to do that job for us.

Order records for seven years, because tax law asks us to. Support messages for two years after the last reply, so a warranty claim can find its history.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or take a copy with you. Write to privacy@selmobjects.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you live in California, you also have the rights the CCPA gives you, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
