These terms apply when you or your company use Orrin. If you sign up for your company, you confirm you can agree to them on its behalf. An Enterprise order form, if you have one, takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at security@orrin.dev if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including who you give approval rights to.
Your code stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
The changes Orrin proposes are yours too, once you accept them. Review them as you would a colleague's: Orrin can be wrong, and you decide what ships.
Orrin opens pull requests and never merges them. Merging a change is always a person's action in your own tools, and you are responsible for the changes you merge.
Don't use Orrin to:
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices are on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law says we must.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. When an account closes we delete its data on the schedule in our privacy policy.
Orrin is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
