Customer story · Arbor & Finch
A furniture studio that pays workshops in Portugal, Denmark, Vietnam and Mexico moved its wires and bills to Larch.
Arbor & Finch designs tables and chairs in Brooklyn and has them made by family workshops abroad. Paying them on time is the business: a late wire can push a whole collection back a season.
Jonah Reyes approves the week's bills every Monday. Each wire shows its exchange rate before he sends it, and the makers receive their own currency.
“Our old bank took a day to tell us a wire had failed. Larch tells us before it leaves.”
The studio's buyers each carry a card locked to the timber and hardware suppliers they use. Receipts arrive by text and match themselves.
