Who we are
Tessera Studio, Lda. is the controller of your data. You can reach us at Rua da Boavista 71, 1200-066 Lisbon, Portugal, or at privacy@tessera.studio.
What we collect
When you send a project enquiry: your name, email, company and what you tell us about the project.
When you subscribe to field notes: your email address.
When you apply for a role: your email, your work and anything else you choose to send.
We do not use advertising cookies. We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores no personal data.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to consider your application. Our legal basis is your consent or the steps needed before entering a contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years. Applications are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer. You can unsubscribe from field notes at any time from any issue.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run our email and website, all within the European Union or covered by an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict how we use it or to take a copy with you. Write to privacy@tessera.studio and we will answer within a month.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal's data protection authority.
