Producer

The role

Producers keep our projects calm. You will plan the work, look after the budget and make sure the client always knows what happens next.

It is a role for someone organised and kind, who enjoys being the person everyone checks with before they say yes.

What you will do

• Run three to five projects at once, from the proposal to the final invoice.
• Plan each week with the team and share it with the client every Monday.
• Look after budgets and scope, and say so early when either is at risk.
• Organise shoots, workshops and launches, including the ones abroad.

What you bring

• Three or more years producing projects in a studio or agency.
• Calm, clear writing and a talent for the short, useful email.
• Comfort with numbers: estimates, timesheets and forecasts.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.

Good to have

• Experience producing film or photography shoots.
• A driving licence, for the shoots.
